Within reason we can use any big name courier to deliver your orders or even a combination of a few dependent upon your needs. Essentially though we can integrate with the majority of Zebra Labelling machines, so that fulfilment team can easily print a label and attach it to the parcel along with barcoding for internal shipment tracing and correct labelling requirements for delivery method needed.

Dealing with returns and allocating RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) numbers can be a real headache, so what we do is to build it into our system!
This means that admin staff can allocate an RMA to a sales order from within the site itself, which will allow the customer to then post the goods back to you for either refund or replacement. Importantly for you it means that all the information on the reverse logistics cycle is kept allocated to the correct sales orders and again can all be administered from the same ecommerce system.
We are also integrated with Collect+ which allows customers to be able to take returns to a local pay point station, give us a call to discuss your returns policy.
