Our warehouse management systems work seamlessly with our ecommerce admin system and are fully integrated using the same database, not a web service or API in sight. Using the latest technology on serialisation and bar code scanners if needed, means we can quickly and easily allocate stock, make transfers, and report on any errors or un-allocated stock.
Purchase order processing (POP) are all created in admin, and because we use the same database as the sales orders we can quickly and easily see low stock levels and easily generate purchase order with suppliers to resupply. You have a full contact and organizer system which allows you to keep control of your PO’s and means that you can notify manufacturers or suppliers at scheduled times if they may be in other countries.
Backorders and stock allocations can be a thing of the past with the product availability ranges, and notifications can be made directly to the frontend or customer of incoming stock, based on the manufacturers pre-defined supplying lead times.
All the pick, pack and dispatch templates can be easily created and used per warehouse, and all goods received and shipped orders are updated via the same system within the website. Fulfilment team can quickly print off on local computers the days orders and batch process them so with tracking information or any special requirements the couriers may need. Tracking information and any other comments can then be sent either directly into the customers My Account section or be notified upon shipment of tracking information and expected delivery date.
All of this is possible not just in one country but in multiple locations also
